Welcome to Mademoiselle Colette! We take pride in providing high-quality, freshly made pastries, cakes, and catering services. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our policies below before placing an order.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. However, due to the preparation process and the freshness of our ingredients, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup – Orders are final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. No credit or refund will be issued, as our team has already prepared your order.
- Between 24 to 48 hours before delivery or pickup – Orders are eligible for a credit toward a future order. No refunds will be issued.
- More than 48 hours before delivery or pickup – Orders are eligible for a full refund upon request.
2. Order Adjustments & Modifications
- Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changes in design, size, or flavor) may only be accommodated before the 48-hour window based on availability and feasibility.
- Within 24 to 48 hours of delivery or pickup, modifications may not be possible, but customers may be eligible for a credit toward a future order.
- Within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, no modifications can be made.
3. Pickup & Delivery Guidelines
- Customers are responsible for picking up orders on time or being available for delivery at the scheduled time.
- Mademoiselle Colette is not responsible for any quality issues resulting from late pickups or missed deliveries.
4. Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment
- Before completing a purchase, customers will be required to click and accept our Terms & Conditions.
- A clickable link will be available for customers who wish to read the full policy before proceeding with their order.
